I didn't expect so many people to be at the Swedish Midsummer's Festival, but it was packed! There were already so many people dancing around the Maypole I couldn't even walk through the park! Close-up of the Maypole. I arrived a little to late to be in a position to hear about the traditions, etc., but I did get to eat a gravlax "pizza" which was pretty good. After the public dancing, these costumed dancers performed some more complicated dances, and when they were done the band continued to play traditional music.
